Texas Sunset Vault

DON'T MISS OUT!!! The Texas Sunset Vault is a fun evening time pole vault competition under the beautiful Abilene Sunset. Vaulters of all ages and ability levels are welcome to attend. Groups will be split up into ability levels based on each vaulters PR. There will be up to 6 groups and two runways depending on the number of entries. If groups fill up prior to entry deadline then registration will be shut down early to maintain the quality of the groups. We look forward to seeing you at the Texas Sunset Vault!
We are also excited to announce that the Sunset Vault will be Regional Qualifier for the 2024 Mac Vault Summer National Championships!

Don Hood World Class Pole Vault Camp
The Competition will be on Saturday June 7th this year and Coach Hood will be hosting the World Famous Don Hood Pole Vault Camp the following week, June 9-11th.

Texas Sunset Vault FAQ's
When is the competition? Saturday June 7th. Groups will start at approx. 1pm and go through approx. 10:30pm. Once the sun goes down we will jump under the lights.
What time will my group Jump? Groups will be decided based on the number and level of entries we receive. Groups will be posted by Wednesday June 4th at 5pm. These will be posted to our Website, Facebook & Instagram. [Tentatively we will have first groups starting between 1-3pm and running throughout the day].
Where will the competition be held? Abilene, TX at the Vault Zone Training Facility located at 4838 Iberis Rd, Abilene, TX, 79606
Who is able to vault? ALL VAULTERS (Beginner, JH, HS, College, Open, Masters)
How Do I Sign-Up? CLICK HERE and you will be directed to the signup page where you will find all the info you need regarding signing up. Make sure you sign up early to avoid a late fee and to make sure you get a spot as well as a FREE T-Shirt!
Can I Rent Poles? Yes, For $75 you can use anything you need for the competition. Please email us at info@thevaultzone.com if you would like to rent poles.
