Year Around Club Training

This is an annual training membership. This is the BEST OPTION for the athlete who wants to reach their maximum potential and is preparing to be successful in high school, college and beyond. This vaulter will train throughout the entire year focusing on training for speed, power, event specific technique and strength and mental/visual preparation. This athlete can be a multi-sport athlete due to the fact that much of our training in the fall is done on weekends. Outside of their schools track season this vaulter will also have the option to compete during indoor and summer meets.

Seasonal Club Training

This option is for the athlete who wants to be the best they can be during season. This athlete typically trains anywhere from 4-7 months out of the year.  Many times they will also compete in indoor meets and/or outdoor summer meets.

Track nights

Every Monday, Wednesday & Sunday from January through the state track meet we will have specialty event training for event groups. This is designed for junior high and high school coaches to bring their kids for specialized coaching in the pole vault, hurdles, LJ, TJ, HJ & sprint mechanics / starts.  *Contact us for SPECIAL TEAM PRICING*

Summer Specialty Events Club

This summer track club focuses on training for the specialty events & sprints and competes at regional, state and national summer competitions as part of the Cool Running's summer track program.
